Spring into SECH

SPRING INTO SECH- Designer Sara Hodder of SECH DESIGN Promises to Heat Up the Local Fashion Scene this Weekend with the Launch of Her Spring/Summer 2008 Collection.

St. John’s, NL-April 1, 2008 - Our winter is pushing on but local fashion designer Sara Hodder is doing her part to set the new season in motion by launching her latest creations. SECH models will be strutting their stuff in Hodder’s new styles at THE DOCK this Saturday, April 5th. The new line is sure to create excitement for the warmer weather, and spice up anyone’s wardrobe.

The runway will heat up at around 8PM with beats from DJ Benjy, and will feature new designs for both men and women. The VIP section upstairs will be transformed into a SECH store so people can purchase items or get fitted for custom orders. The fashion show will be followed by music from Patrick Molloy & The Manifest with Chris Kirby & The Marquee closing the evening.

Sara Hodder operates SECH Design from her studio in The Battery. She draws inspiration from everything, including her surroundings, as some of her latest dress designs feature prints of Newfoundland plants. SECH Designs specializes in unique styles that can be custom made to fit any individual. Her clothing is sold online at www.sechdesign.com and is also available at Melon on Water Street.
